Product OverviewFRP tanks are composite storage vessels manufactured by computer-controlled filament winding, using glass fiber as reinforcement and resin as the bonding matrix. They offer exceptional corrosion resistance, high strength, lightweight properties, and long service life. With flexible design and strong process adaptability, FRP tanks are increasingly replacing carbon steel and stainless steel tanks in industries such as chemical, environmental protection, food, and pharmaceuticals.

Structural DesignFRP tanks consist of three distinct layers:Inner Liner Layer: High resin content (≥70%), with an inner surface rich in resin (~95%). Provides corrosion resistance tailored to the stored medium.
Structural Layer: Composed of glass fiber reinforcement, offering mechanical strength and pressure resistance.
External Protective Layer: Customizable resin selection to suit external environmental conditions and prevent atmospheric corrosion.
